Terms of use and refund policy

1. Who provides the service

PermisoFácil (permisofacil.com) is operated by Jefferson Jhair Tamaris, a sole proprietor in New Jersey, United States. Contact: [email protected].

2. What PermisoFácil is

It is an online study tool with flashcards, quizzes and practice tests for New Jersey permit exams. We are not affiliated with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJ MVC) or any government agency. The questions are based on the official manuals, but they are not the exact test questions. We do not guarantee that you will pass the test. If in doubt, the official NJ MVC manual is the source that controls.

3. Account

To buy, you need an account with your email. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Your account is personal: do not share your access.

4. Premium: price, taxes and duration

• Premium is a one-time payment per module (for example, E-bike / Moped NJ) or for a combo of several modules. It is not a subscription and does not renew on its own.
• Each Premium module includes the “Would you pass today?” analysis for that permit. Any active Premium module also turns on the persistent and toxic reminders and the printable practice log sheet. They last as long as your Premium.
• Before paying, you choose exactly which module or combo you are unlocking; review your choice on the payment screen.
• The price is shown before you pay. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and added at the time of payment.
• Access lasts 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We may change prices in the future. This does not affect purchases already made.

5. Guarantee and refunds

If Premium doesn't work for you, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your purchase, from your account email, and we will refund your full payment (including tax). The refund goes back to your card in about 5 to 10 business days and your Premium access is turned off. After 48 hours all sales are final and there are no refunds, unless the law requires otherwise or there was a duplicate charge or an error on our part.

6. If the service changes or closes

We may update, improve or remove content. If we decide to close the service or a module before your 6-month access ends, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.

7. Permitted use

The content is for your personal study. Copying, reselling, publishing or automatically downloading it is not allowed.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is what you paid for Premium. Nothing on the site is legal advice; always drive according to current traffic laws.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Important changes will be announced on the site.
